If you want to travel from TBS to Langkawi Island, one of the fastest ways to travel overland is to take the ETS TBS to Arau train services from the nearby Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS) Railway Station.
From Arau to Langkawi, you can then take a taxi to the jetty at Kuala Perlis and catch a ferry over to Kuah on the island.
Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS Bus Terminal) is directly connected to the BTS train station by an elevated pedestrian bridge so it only takes a few minutes walking to catch a train.

Alternative ways to get from TBS / Bandar Tasik Selatan to Arau by Train
As there are currently few train services to Arau from TBS, another alternative way to travel to Arau by train is to first take a short ride by KTM Komuter, LRT or ERL train from BTS to KL Sentral station.
