If you want to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Seremban, the easiest way is to catch a regular KTM KL Sentral to Seremban Komuter Train that operates from early morning to late evening.

The duration of the train journey (tempoh perjalanan kereta api) from KL Sentral to Seremban is around one hour 25 to 40 minutes (except for the KL Sentral - Seremban Komuter Express Train which stops only at Kajang and Nilai, taking one hour 13 minutes).
The distance from KL to Seremban (jarak KL ke Seremban) is approximately 65 km.
Many of these Komuter trains originate from Batu Caves (around 30 minutes earlier) and stop at Taman Wahyu, Kampung Batu, Batu Kentonmen, Sentul, Putra, Bank Negara, Kuala Lumpur Old Station before reaching KL Sentral.
After departing from Kl Sentral, on route to Seremban, they stop at the following stations before reaching Seremban Railway Station:
Mid Valley, Seputeh, Salak Selatan, Bandar Tasik Selatan (for TBS Bus Station), Serdang, Kajang, UKM, Bangi, Batang Benar, Nilai, Labu and Tiroi.
