Travelling by KTM Shuttle trains to/from Kuala Lipis, you can get all the way to the terminal station on this route at Tumpat in Kelantan (with a change at Gua Musang).
Travelling by the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity train (ERT) that travels between Johor Bahru and Tumpat, you can get to the following stations from Kuala Lipis:

If you are planning to travel by the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity train you really should book your tickets in advance to make sure you can get a seat / berth on the date you want to travel.
To book advance KTM Intercity tickets you can:
